Reports of further burglary in Braddan

Police are refusing to confirm whether or not burglars struck in Braddan last night.

Reports on social media suggest a house was targeted in Vicarage Park.

Witnesses have reported seeing a heavy police presence in the area with police dogs searching the surrounding properties and lanes.

It follows reports of two burglaries overnight in Peel on Tuesday in Ballatesson Meadow – jewellery was stolen from both houses. 

This is in addition to 39 outstanding burglaries and attempted burglaries throughout January.
