The Department of Home Affairs says it won't release a report into the Island's prison - because it hasn't been officially published yet.
A Freedom of Information request asked for a copy of the draft report from Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons which followed an inspection in March.
The Department of Home Affairs said the report would be finished by the start of April.
In its response, it adds the report will be made publicly available after it's been completed.
