The government's cybersecurity experts say they had 772 suspicious emails reported last month.
The Isle of Man Cyber Security Centre says two-thirds of those reported in August had malicious links in them.
It's urging people to report any dodgy emails they get so it can better understand threats as well as provide advice and warnings.
