The amount of back rent owed to Douglas Council has risen by 20 per cent in a month.
When the local authority meets at the City Hall on Wednesday, it'll consider rent arrear figures from the Housing and Property committee.
At the end of January, tenants owed the council £51,113.
However, figures before the authority show at the end of February that total had risen to £63,502.
