A rent deposit protection scheme may be in the pipeline, according to the Infrastructure Minister.
Michelle Haywood was asked about plans for one by Arbory Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in the House of Keys this week.
She said a public consultation on a previous housing Bill showed 66 percent of respondents supported the idea of a scheme.
