A Crosby man has been remanded in prison after being accused of deception.
37-year-old Philip Sean Mccarthy, of Main Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
He's been charged with six counts of theft which were allegedly carried out between 2010 and 2016.
He's also been accused of eight charges of deception between 2014 and 2016.
Appearing via live link from the Isle of Man Prison he was told he'll next appear in person on April 11th when pleas will be entered.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
