A Union Mills man who's accused of injuring a teenage biker has been further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
26-year-old Ryan Kneen, from Close Y Lhergy, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
He's been charged with a string of motoring offences after an incident on Peel Road in Union Mills on April 15th.
During the court appearance he pleaded not guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified, failing to stop and failing to report a road traffic accident.
He also denied taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and having no insurance.
He's also been charged with causing serious bodily harm by dangerous driving - this charge can only be tried at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Committal proceedings to that court are due to take place on June 13th.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded until his next appearance on May 23rd which will be via live video link.
