A man accused of burgling an ice cream parlour in Peel has been remanded in custody.
33 year old Craig William Tiernan of Bay View Road in Port St Mary appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes this week.
He denies stealing almost £200 from Davison's Ice Cream on Shore Road in the early hours of July 11.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody until his next court appearance on August 29.
