Regeneration works in Ramsey are being attributed to luring new business to the town.
The area's reputation has taken a knock over the last decade with a number of empty shops on the high street and a drop off in the number of restaurants.However things are starting to look up again with overhaul works already finished in the top end of the street with more to come.
Chief Minister and Ramsey MHK Allan Bell says it will be the catalyst for positive change:
