An industrial facility in Braddan could be set for redevelopment.
Plans have been put forward to create 17 new industrial units at the former Parkinsons Yard on Peel Road.
Blacks (Isle of Man) Ltd., which has put forward the application, says the complex would be designed to be easily accessible by foot and within reach of bus services running past the area.
The company adds it believes these measures will help reduce the reliance people would have on using cars to get to and from the site.
