Guy Martin hopes TT \'stays as a minority sport\' after nationwide film release.
Last night saw the Isle of Man Premiere of TT3D: Closer to the Edge.
The film was shot in the latest 3D technology during last year's racing and follows the highs and lows of the TT from historic wins and breaking lap records to people losing their life on the famous motorcycle circuit.
The film crews focused on Guy Martin, who escaped death in a high speed crash at Ballagarey, which is now to be re-lived on the big screen to millions of cinema goers.
Guy told 3FM he didn't realise at the time his life story would make for such an interesting film script.
He went on to say that he loves the TT for the intimate and close-knit community involved in it each year and hopes that the film release doesn't change that. (audio above)
We caught up with some other guests at the screening at the Palace Cinema to see what they thought about the film that brings the thrills and spills of the motorcycle race to real life. (audio above)
