They’ve said some bikers are disregarding the signs warning of their presence, and they’re concerned it could result in an accident.
The recovery teams that attend to broken down bikes on the TT course following practice sessions have issued a plea for safer riding and driving.
They are on the scene immediately after the roads have reopened loading the race machines into a seven tonne truck, in some instances having to wheel the bikes across the road.
They’ve said motorists have been disregarding the signs warning of their presence, and they’re concerned it could result in an accident.
We were contacted by Martin from the recovery service, he’s issued the plea asking bikers and drivers to take it easy following the road reopening, as there’s every chance they’ll be around the next corner.
