Parish Walk history was made and the record books rewritten on Saturday as for the first time ever the two race leaders crossed the finish line together.
Vinny Lynch and Richard Gerrard took a joint win as they completed the event in a record time of 14 hours, 42 minutes and 32 seconds.
Coming in third, and also clocking up a new record, was Michael George who finished in 14hr, 47min and 11sec.
Sue Biggart was the first woman home in a time of just over 17 hours.
A total of 203 people finished the 85-mile race despite the poor conditions.
