The series is made up of four races - from the family-friendly Minisculo Fondo around Mooragh Park today up to the 85-mile Gran Fondo on mostly closed roads which gets underway tomorrow.
Meanwhile, a list of road closures for the Gran Fondo, Medio Fondo and Piccolo Fondo on Sunday has been published by the Department of Infrastrucutre.
Details can be found on the Isle of Man Government Roadwatch webpage.
Organisers are also inviting people to head down to the cycling village from Noon today and from 8am tomorrow for food and drink and the start of each of the four races.
