The Council of Minister have published a raft of recommendations geared toward improving social facilities for young people between the ages of 14 and 23 on the Island.
There are 19 recommendations in total and most require further consideration by various Government Departments, with deadlines to report back in the coming months.
In a money saving effort the departments and local authorities are being asked to get imaginative with ways to utilize their existing resources.
