Nurses and health care staff on the Island are set to march next week to ‘demand fair pay.’
The ‘peaceful demonstration’ will involve members of the Royal College of Nursing, following their recent rejection of a pay offer by Manx Care.
On July 18 members will make their way from Noble’s Hospital to Villiers Square via the Tynwald building, where a small number will observe the Tynwald session.
The union says this protest is not strike action, but further information on strike action will be announced shortly.
