Ramsey Town Commissioners say all attempts to get the owner to sort out the property on Mooragh Promenade have failed.
A property in Ramsey, which has been declared dangerous, is to be repaired using rate payers money.

They say Bleak House has a long history of neglect so they have started to remove the front gable bay structures to try and make the property safe.
It’s hoped that the ratepayers money can be recovered from the owners.
