Ramsey's little Shoprite is set to close this month before re-opening as a Tesco Express.
The store in St Paul's Square will shut its doors at 9pm on Saturday February 24.
It follows the closure of the Douglas and Castletown stores, which are expected to open again over the next few months as Tesco supermarkets.
The takeover means the Island will end up with a total of ten Tesco stores.
