Ramsey could soon have a new estate on its Northern border, if plans from developer Hartford Homes are given the go-ahead.
The company says it wants to build 153 new homes on land between Andreas Road and Bride Road, and has applied for permission in principle for a new primary school.
As part of the project, Hartford says it would also improve a natural habitat east of the Royal Park Estate.
In its application, the company says all the proposed properties would be energy efficient with heat pumps and solar panels.
