Two former shops in Ramsey could be demolished, if planners approve proposals.
Ardlui Limited of Laxey has applied for permission to bulldoze the former Jewel Box on West Quay and Tides on Parliament Street.
The company has also applied for registered building consent to carry out the work as both buildings lie inside a conservation area.
The demolition would follow the flattening of Auldyn House next door to the site.
