Rates in Ramsey have increased by 3 per cent.
Ramsey Town Commissioners have set the rate for the financial year at 411p - a 3 per cent rise.
It'll represent an increase of approximately 28p per week for a typical three-bedroom property within the town.
The board says it's to meet increased costs including the Northern Civic Amenity Site and the increased gate fee charges at the Energy from Waste Plant.
