It looks like last orders for a pub in the north of the Island, after a planning application to demolish it.
Kewaigue-based brewery Heron and Brearley has applied for permission to pull down the Britannia Hotel on Waterloo Road in Ramsey.
The pub shut in 2014 and has been unused since, and the company says the building is in a very poor state.
The planning application also includes a proposal to remove the site's status as a public house.
