Ramsey Group Practice is making changes to booking appointments, as they try to get back to 'normality' after the pandemic.
In a post on social media, the practice announced from today you'll be able to book a face-to-face appointment without having to speak to the GP over the phone first.
Patients will also now get the choice of an in person or telephone appointment.
Further details have been included in a newsletter sent to those in the relevant catchment area.
