Ramsey’s major new hotel development is expected to be ready for opening by the end of August.
The Ramsey Park Hotel will sit adjacent to the Mooragh Park; it will boast 30 bedrooms and its own restaurant – creating 15 jobs in the north of the Island.
Island based Tycoon Trevor Hemmings is the owner of the new complex, which is filling the void of the Grand Island hotel after it was finally demolished last year.
It’s the first hotel that’s been built in the town over 50 years.
General manager Steve Dawson has said so far everyone has been very supportive of the new venture.
