A man who punched a woman and strangled her will be sentenced next month.
34 year old Shaun David Bignall of Close Ollay in Ramsey appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
Bignall admitted domestic abuse and two counts of damaging property.
The court heard he repeatedly punched a woman and strangled her before chasing her towards Ramsey Fire Station.
There was no bail application and he was remanded in custody until he's sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on October 11.
