A man's appeared in court to deny using his mobile phone while driving.
Mark Roberts of North Shore Road in Ramsey appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 46-year-old pleaded not guilty to the allegation, which is said to have taken place on Alexandra Road in Castletown on November 4.
Magistrates adjourned his case until a pre-trial review hearing takes place on February 3.
