Kevin Paul Scott Grass of Cowells Terrace in Ramsey appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 33-year-old denies burglary between September 13 and 17 last year.
He was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery to stand trial and was bailed to appear there on a date to be fixed.
