A Ramsey man has appeared in court accused of raping a 16 year old girl.
Gary Beattie, who's married with two children, was arrested after the girl made the allegation on the evening of March the 1st.
Police are still appealing for any witnesses who saw a distressed girl running along Parliament Square at around 11PM that night.
