Ramsey lifeboat was called into action yesterday to aid a stricken fishing vessel.
The Jersey registered boat had got into difficulty eight miles North West of the Point of Ayre when fishing gear had damaged its propeller and rudder.
The lifeboat was launched just before 12pm and reached the vessel an hour later.
It safely towed the visiting boat back to Ramsey Harbour just before 4pm.
