Ramsey Lifeboat was called out this week to help a day boat.
Coastguards were called on Wednesday evening to the boat which had broken down close to Ramsey Harbour mouth with two people on board.
At the time of the incident the tide was ebbing and there was an offshore breeze.
However, the crew was able to safely return the vessel to her berth in Ramsey Harbour.
