Ramsey Library will be open as a Community Warm Space for residents this winter.
Commissioners have announced the initiative, supported by the Manx Lottery Trust.
The library will be open between 4:30-6:30pm on Monday and Thursday evenings from this week.
It complements the Northern Swimming Pool warm space, which is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
