Any patients with minor injuries are now being asked to be seen at Ramsey Cottage Hospital.
The hospital will now be open between 8am and 8pm to see those wanting to speak to doctors about non-serious injuries amid the reshuffle in health services to deal with the Coronavirus outbreak.
Officials add the X-Ray department there will have the same opening times as the Minor Injuries Unit.
Health professionals are urging anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a continuous cough, fever or respiratory problems not to attend the hospital but get contact the COVID 111 helpline.
