A harbour keeper from Ramsey has completed an epic transatlantic voyage, sailing from Gran Canaria to St Lucia.
Tony Thompson completed the 3,086 nautical mile crossing with six strangers aboard a 45ft yacht.
He said the journey included dramatic moments, such as a ripped mainsail and a storm that left him submerged in the cockpit.
He added the three week journey wasn't without drama but fulfilled a lifelong dream.
