A former Ramsey Grammar Student is taking on an adventure when she heads to America for a year of studying.
Katrina Taylor won this year's Ella Olesen Scholarship. It's named after a former registrar of Idaho University who had Manx roots.
The scholarship has been awarded each year to a female student.
The 21 year old said she will be telling her new classmates from all over the world all about the Isle of Man. (audio above)
