Ramsey's swing bridge will be opening up again this afternoon after months of no access.
The bridge was closed to traffic back in January, due to rotting timber that needed replacing.
The Department of Infrastructure said there were rumours the bridge would be permanently closed for vehicles, but has confirmed that's not the case.
It adds the bridge is the only type of its kind on the Island and as a unique asset it's committed to maintaining it.
