An American racer has thanked Michael Dunlop for his support as his friend lies in a coma after a crash in America.
Andrew Edwards of Oregon sent an emotional message via Facebook thanking Dunlop - who dominated this year's Southern 100 - for a message of support and a copy of his biography.
Andrew's fellow racer Alex Marley has been in a coma since an incident at Portland International Raceway in June.
Andrew says he's read the book to his friend, saying "I and the American race community are totally grateful for his gift."
