Chief Minister Howard Quayle says the Festival of Motorcycling is getting bigger and better each year.
This year, poor weather's caused some problems for organisers, with yesterday's session called off in the face of rain.
Today, roads are due to close around the course at 11.30am with racing due to get underway at midday.
