How many people did the work first and applied for planning permission later last year?
That's the question on the lips of Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse, who's due to raise the topic in Tynwald tomorrow.
He'll ask Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Clare Barber how many retrospective planning applications were considered in 2024, and how many won permission.
Tynwald is due to sit from 10am on Tuesday in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
