The Infrastructure Minister says there are still question marks over the future development of a prime site in Onchan.
Laurence Skelly was asked yesterday in the House of Keys what plans he has for developing the land behind GE Aviation on School Road.
He says the department will seek public opinion on the matter when it progresses the Eastern Area Plan.
Mr Skelly says as it stands there are some potential difficulties to face:
