The Queen has arrived at Douglas Town Hall to confer city status on the borough.
Queen Camilla is on the island to give a speech on behalf of the King and deliver letters patent to create the Island’s first city.
Crowds of wellwishers were waiting outside on Ridgeway Street to greet her.
