The Quarterbridge is set to close tomorrow morning at 06.00am for the latest stage of road works to be carried out.
The appropriate signs have been out instructing motorists of the closure all week, it’s due to reopen at midnight on Sunday.
Quarterbridge is the Island’s busiest junction and after years of wear and tear it was deemed essential that it had the improvement works.
The area will remain open to pedestrians throughout the closures.
In total it’s costing roughly £150,000 for the resurfacing and carriageway widening.
