A public consultation Q&A session is taking place next week about a proposed development in Ramsey.
Hartford Homes is holding the event to outline the plans, including residential, community facilities and possible future school.
The development would be based on land at The Vollan, with the company looking to achieve net gains in biodiversity.
The Q&A is taking place at Ramsey Town Hall on Tuesday March 7 between 4-8pm.
