A former pumping station near the Island airport is to be de-commissioned.
The Ronaldsway Freeport Sewage Pumping Station has been out of use for several years and Manx Utilities are now looking to demolish the structure.
The organisation is inviting expressions of interests from qualified contractors to carry out the work.
Parties looking to tender can put submissions through the online government portal before Noon on Monday, September 2.
