Pulrose couple face cannabis charges

A Pulrose man and woman have appeared in court after being caught with cannabis.

22 year old Hannah Kneen and Jason Daniel Claude Smithies, both of Alder Road in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.

Both admit possessing cannabis on September 7, while Mr Smithies admits possessing the drug in April but denies a second charge of having cannabis in September. 

Miss Kneen denies possessing the drug with intent to supply it and possessing criminal property in April.

Both cases were adjourned until November 14 and the pair were bailed until that date.
