The public’s views are being sought on the recent modifications to the Area Plan for the South.
The changes have been made in compliance with the recommendations of an inspector’s report into the plan.
He proposed a more equitable spread of housing in the Castletown area, the best possible use and density on allocated sites, and a new programme for the design of a new Ballasalla Bypass.
Representations must be submitted to the Planning Division’s Offices in Douglas by Friday 29th June at the latest.
