'See it. Snap it. Send it.' - That's the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's new plan to combat Dutch Elm Disease.
People are being asked to be on the lookout for the symptoms of the disease when out and about - and if they spot it to take a picture and send it into DEFA for further investigations.
Pictures should be accompanied with a note of the location - they can be e-mailed to DutchElmDisease.DEFA@gov.im or sent via WhatsApp to 490713; they can also be sent to the department's Facebook page.
