The people behind plans for a new shipping service for the island will give the public a chance to find out more about their ideas.
Ellan Vannin Line wants to run both freight and passenger services between the Isle of Man, the UK and Ireland.
The plans are still being developed but the company hopes to begin a Liverpool route next spring before rolling out its other services.
An open meeting will take place this Friday at 6pm at the Noble’s Park Pavilion in Douglas.
Head of the company Captain Kurt Buchholz says the business model, the advantages of competition and the progress made so far will be all explained.
