This year's annual survey on health and lifestyle is focusing on how people are raising their children.
The survey by Public Health is asking parents with children under 11 to take part online.
Topics covered by the questions include children's health, safety, activities, the financial and time pressures of raising kids and the isolation and loneliness of being a parent.
