If you have a sudden onset of fever, cough, sore throat and aching muscles and joints the likelihood is you the flu.
In this event you’re urged to take aspirin, paracetamol and ibuprofen following the packs instructions.
You should remain isolated from other people ensuring also your children are kept off School in the event they’re displaying symptoms.
If you feel you need medical advice you’re asked to seek it only by telephone, contacting your GP or the MED’s service.
