The government's launched a public consultation on a new Bill to protect national infrastructure from cyber attacks.
Planned laws aim to strengthen digital defences against cyber attacks in key industries such as energy, water and financial services.
It will create an authority to monitor and deal with threats, and a way of classifying the importance of different infrastructure types.
The consultation runs until Friday, January 9 - you can see it and respond here.
